The LUSSO Collection is a luxury destination club that provides members with on-demand access to a portfolio of multi-million dollar residences with five-star amenities located in the world's most exclusive vacation destinations. As the company was preparing to launch in 2006, they needed a professional platform to demonstrate the depth of their organization and showcase the LUSSO experience. They also needed an enterprise reservation system based on complex membership rules and integrated with a content management which was not available in a standard application.
LUSSO selected Valtira because of their proven customer service and reliability. Valtira worked with LUSSO on key aspects of the solution including the ability to synchronize the corporate site and reservation system content and closely measure marketing campaigns to improve ROI.

The solution included Valtira Content Management for information and photos about the properties and Valtira Campaign Management to track and improve response rate from brochures, ads, emails, and CDs. LUSSO also deployed forums for guest books and Cross-Promotion to help promote off-season facilities.
The site was successfully launched in June 2006 and LUSSO has continued to work with Valtira to extend the solution. Extensions include integrations with ExactTarget for outbound email marketing campaigns and Salesforce.com for prospect data and sales force automation. Google Website Optimizer has also been leveraged to test and optimize content and campaign landing pages. The companies have also worked together to improve quality by detecting click-through fraud and measure online ads to improve ROI.
